Over the course of 4 half-days/4 modules, you will be fully engaged in negotiating, discussing, asking, answering, and learning. The seminar leader and moderator will be in the KARRASS Virtual Studio guiding you through every step.

The seminar can be done in morning or afternoon sessions based on your time zone, which allows for you and your team to focus on work the remainder of the day using your new skills and strategies in real time.

Effective Negotiating II® is the next step for those who have successfully completed the Effective Negotiating® course and have spent several months honing the skills and tactics learned. This program is tailored for individuals who are ready to advance their negotiation abilities, ensuring that participants are building upon a solid foundation of negotiation principles.

This advanced seminar offers a deeper understanding of the negotiating strategies, tactics and processes that were learned in the Effective Negotiating® seminar. Through complex, interactive cases and a step-by-step discussion of negotiation techniques, participants learn to build long-lasting deals, maintain their initiative under pressure, develop a comprehensive preparation checklist, manage negotiating threats and escalation, gather useful information, and much more.

Effective Negotiating II® can be taken in a one-day In-Person format or Live Online over two half-days.
